What will it costs?  Your cost is needed to cover housing, food, and any projects.

Housing:  $12 a day
Food:  $12 a day (we cook breakfast and dinner)  OR  you buy locally and you prepare.
Projects:  To be discussed.

Group Ministry Opportunities

We at the La Roca Ministries have outreach opportunities for groups from 2 to 40 persons interested in working in the greater Tijuana Mexico area, with plans from simply providing you with a bed to plans where we walk your group day by day through the world of missions Mexican style.

Ministries include:

A men’s shelter and women’s shelter, housing approximately — people nightly, supplying them with a hot meal, medical attention, a shower and a safe place to sleep

An orphanage, housing approximately 30 or more children from infancy to 18 year of age.

Our mission church at the dump. Where we have a full time staff 24/7, from taking food, water and clothing or even building a small house for hundreds of people living and working in the dump, as well as Bible studies and weekly worship!

Drug rehab ranch, which helps men with any kind of addictions, off the streets of Tijuana and gives them second chance free of charge at a ranch outside of the hustle and bustle of daily life

And a church in downtown Tijuana that ties it all together, with Bible studies for all ages, lively music and bilingual sermons every week

We have a spacious home just one block off the beach in Playas De Tijuana where we house groups. When you call us to reserve a week, or a weekend, we will provide you with a place to sleep, a living room with seating for your groups Bible studies and devotions, a bathrooms and a fully operational kitchen, for only $12.00 dollars per person. All you need to bring is your bedding and toiletries, your clothes and you’re Bible, and a willingness to work hard and step out of your comfort zone and experience what God is doing in Mexico.

We have plans that allow for your group to join in where we are working, or allow you to branch out and work on your own. We have optional rental vehicles and/or guides, and if you would rather not deal with the shopping and meal preparations, we can prepared meals at $6.00 dollars person.

How can you help? A typical week of ministry might look something like this:

Monday go to the ranch and fellowship with the teens and adults by sharing testimony’s and bible study, play a game of volleyball, sit down and have lunch with the guys. If you want to stay till night, we can have a bun fire and cook up some good and fun deserts!

Tuesday: We can go to the dump and have fellowship with the adults and children, with a bible service. We can cook a lunch for the people like hot dogs and if you have any food or clothing to pass out we do that also! We go house to house to praying for the people who did not come, and go into the dump where they work!

Wednesday: We spite up but stay on the same property. The women have a breakfast and bible study, we allow them to take shower and give them a clean set of clothes! While the men have a bible study with the staff. And then do repairs or painting or cleaning! It’s a huge project trying to keep clean our facility!

We then could go to the Orphanage for the rest of the afternoon, or go shopping in our local market!

Thursday, we go to the Orphanage to play with the children, help with projects like painting and cleaning. Then do lunch like pizza for the kids if your budget allows it! We could take them to the beach of to the park and just spend all day with them! At night if you like, we could go to the red light district and pass out tracks and pray for the women who are in prostitution. (Your decision) or we can go back to the shelter and help with passing out the food, and if anybody would like to share with the people, you are more than welcomed;

Friday, many like to return to one of the locations above, to continue any projects left undone, or just go back and continue to fellowship with those we are reaching out too! Many also like to have a fun day, but that is up to you! We also have a jail ministry for those who might be interested!

So again thanks for keeping us in your prayers and thanks for considering partnering with us in ministry here in Tijuana Mexico.

Your missionaries Carlos and Rossy and the rest of the team!
