Greeting to all!
Thanksgiving is just around the corner!
We are the Body of Christ, redeemed, justified and freed from slavery to sin. What God is doing makes us indeed grateful and thankful, not only for ministry, but His provision for all of us.
We are double grateful to our God for allowing us participation in the expansion of His kingdom. Teaching, preaching and the many ministries we run daily, including all the meals that our staff cooks every single day, are all part of God’s growing ministry.
We mentioned a couple months ago that we cook over 300,000 thousand meals per year! Lots of hard work, but we do it all out of love for the one who loved us first!
The women’s Education Center is off to a great start! We have women coming who are taking classes and counseling and so much more! We are looking for volunteers to teach English classes and so much more! Would you consider coming for a period of 3 months or more? Also, we need financial assistance buying two sewing machines, cost $700 dollars and a couple of computers, cost $1,200 dollars! And so much more, thanks for your consideration on these needs!
Also the block wall is almost finished but we lost a couple of our volunteers, so, we had to bring in a masonry to do most of the work. This ended up costing $1,500 dollars more than first projected!
But the important thing is that the work is on scheduled. We are trying to get as much done as possible before the rains come!
Thank you for your prayers and support for this new ministry. It is already attracting women and their children from the Red Light district, Zona Norte!
Pray for our staff! We need God’s wisdom to offer comfort to these women in deep need. Pray that our Lord Jesus will prepare hearts to receive the Gospel of Jesus!
Great News: Pastor Jesus from Sonora is recovering quite well! He was told he could start with normal activities in a month! Which is great news!
Kid’s Clubs: We plan to have a grand night of celebrating Jesus on the 30th of October. We now have nine kids clubs, 4 here in Tijuana, 4 in Sonora and 1 in Oaxaca. They all are doing well! Please pray for this ministry as we usually receive much resistance!
We have also started an outreach to the wives of fallen police officers who have no support from the government! We had 20 women come last month to a nice breakfast. They were showered with prayers and hugs and a nice gift basket holding many goodies for each one of them! It was a great afternoon, even tears were showered out of gratitude! They left feeling loved!
Our Sonora teams are doing a great job! Three churches are established including 4 kid’s clubs and 3 youth groups with 3 adult bible classes! Lots of work as our staff is keeping quite busy. We need more volunteers! Thank you for your continuing prayers. Our Lord Jesus watches what we do and hears your prayers
Pastor Julian is doing a great job and leading people in a deeper knowledge of God! Some have been baptized and are now following Jesus!
Please keep praying for the team and the people; this is a very hard ministry, but nothing is too difficult for the Holy Spirit which makes all things possible, Amen!
So, as you can see, we are all keeping very busy! Thank you for staying close by our side, praying and watching over us! We love you all, we could not do this ministry without you all being part of our family!
