Mixistlán
Located in the heart of the mountains of Oaxaca, La Roca is serving is located in the town of Santa Maria Mixistlán in the Sierra Mixe district.
Kids Programs
During the week La Roca Ministries has the unique opportunity to serve between 50 and 70 kids with a meal and the gospel. The community is generally extremely poor and as a result, many of the kids in the community are malnourished. As a result, we’re in a unique position to help with this genuine physical need while also being a light for Jesus in this majority catholic area.
Church Ministry
We also have the opportunity to support the local church through various activities including hosting nights of dinner, fellowship, and worship. We also support the children in the Christian school of music.
