La Roca Ministries church plant (La Esperanza) lies in the heart of the Tijuana municipal landfill. Serving the people living and in so much filth we are a beacon of light to those we minister to.

Casa de Gracia is a home for children and single mothers where we can provide a place of safety and love amid the turmoil of Tijuana. The children we serve receive both physical and spiritual care.
