Greeting to all, on these very special days we are all celebrating!

Thanksgiving was great!

Thanks to all for your prayers and support making all La Roca possible!

Most of our people in ministry were able to come together from the 4 corners of Tijuana to celebrate this very special day of gratitude! We enjoyed a warm meal and much love, but most importantly, giving thanks of our Lord Jesus for being our provider and our God! But now is the time to prepare for all our Christmas outreaches.

I take my hat off to my wife Rossy! She leads and coordinates all our staff in cooking and the buying, and the wrapping of Christmas presents for our ministries at the dump, the shelter, Sonora and Zona Norte!

My mother Cecilia does so much for the men at the shelter, helping out with gifts and a warm meal! My mother calls all these, young and old, her babies. This is the love of a mother!

Since Christmas is about giving, we believe the best gift is giving to a child their father or mother!

I know many say, why help these men who are there by their own choice! What many fail to understand, is that, nobody planned becoming trapped in this cycle of drugs and violence! Nobody plans or say’s, “I going to lose my job or lose my family,” and then ends up in the streets eating out of garbage cans! Nobody!

This is what sin does; it appeals to someone and before you know it, you’re trapped in a vicious cycle!

But we have the good news! We know the One that can break these chains of slavery! His Name is Jesus Christ! He is the gift from God to us! Jesus frees us from our sins! Jesus makes us new creations and Jesus restores all things. Our hope is that these fathers, who were once enslaved, will be set free and become the fathers they were meant to be! Now that’s a Christmas present! Don’t you agree?

So we work hard in making this possible! We have a full time staff at our discipleship ranch working day and night!

I take my hat off to these men and women who give their lives to be the instruments of God for this purpose!

Again, we miss all our church groups, north of the border, who have not yet returned with their much needed ministry! Covid is impacting us in many ways too! Just know we are waiting for your return with hugs and kisses!

Again, please pray for Juan and Olga who are ready to open a soup kitchen for the children of Oaxaca! We are looking to fund this project with $15,000 dollars to make this project viable! We need to provide a soup kitchen fully equipped with stove, frig and pots and pans, dishes and silverware, plus the food, of course!

We have the house to make this possible, so no rent is needed, praise God! Here are pictures of some of our kids in Oaxaca!

Our deepest desire, from all of us to each of you and your families: Have a meaningful Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Thank you for being part of our La Roca family, bring the Glory to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

In His Love and Truth, Carlos and Rossy Montoya and the rest of the La Roca team!
