February 2022 Newsletter

This year has started with much cold and snow throughout the USA while we here in Tijuana are having a normal winter! Our prayers go out to all those families who have lost a family members because of the severe weather!

We want to thank each one of you for your faithful support and prayers especially during these confusing days! Thanks for believing in us and being faithful to our God!

Without your support and prayers, we would not be able to do what we do! So thanks for allowing us to be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ, till He comes back for His church!

With your generous gifts, we have already begun being a blessing to three mothers with their children!

These mothers are with us for many different reasons. Sometimes it is because fathers are not being responsible. Sometimes it is adultery, abandonment, or addictions interfering with providing for their families.

Kids having kids is a major problems here in Mexico! But thanks to your generous gifts, our La Roca family has been able to help across the board. We are suppling services to Orphans, teens, seniors, single mothers and addicts. We are providing shelters and a recovery center. We have feeding programs in Tijuana, Sonora and Oaxaca. And last but not the least, we provide our discipleship Bible program for all who want to enroll! Your gifts are allowing us to start helping single mothers with a safe place, warm meals and consoling!

Here is a picture of 3 families who have come into our ministry at the beginning of 2022. Their names from left to right!

Noemi and her 2 children, Abigail and Arleth! Rosa and her 2 children, Elizabeth and Juana! Berenice and her 2 children, Josue and Esdras! We have a 4th family we cannot show because we need to protect their identity.

Our kids club and feeding program is our newest program in Oaxaca. Juan and Olga are doing great with the little we are sending them. They are in need of much more than we are providing. We need to be able to feed the children every single day, plus buy a stove and a refrigerator. We are hoping in raising $15,000 dollars to accomplish this!

The location of their village is 5 hours into the mountains, making the task of bringing food very difficult. It’s a whole day’s journey just to do shopping and others things they need to do. They are limited to going down into the city once a month and must rent a taxi van which is additional expense! We would like to buy an SUV or pickup. Perhaps you know of a source or person willing to donate such a vehicle. It would be such a blessing! Please pray on this matter with us!

The ministry in the Zona Norte is moving forward and Mary is sharing the Gospel with many women weekly! We are looking for a place to rent as our location in the Zona Norte. We need to have a safe place for single mothers who are working in the streets! We would like to provide daily lunches and games for their children! So please keep this project in your prayers, as you can see, we are keeping quite busy! We want our Savior to find His church working till His glorious return, a day we are all waiting for! Amen!

Also almost forgot, one of our new girls named Viki who just turned 3 years old. She had her first birthday cake with all the trimmings! It was a nice celebration for Viki and her mon and those living at the Orphanage!

There is so much to say and write about, but please continue to keep us in your prayers.

Thank you for your faithful support which has kept us going for more than 26 years. Our La Roca team has been fantastic and they continue to be so awesome! We definitely could not be expanding without these faithful men and women of God giving us both their time and energy!

In His Love and Truth, your missionaries! Carlos and Rossy and the rest of the team!
