June 2025 Newsletter
Dear Friends and Family
First, about all else, we want to thank you for standing with us over these past 28 years. It has been incredible to witness the faithfulness of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has guided and sustained us. We have no doubt that the Lord of the Harvest is using this ministry to reach thousands across Mexico.
As many of you already know, we are here in Tijuana and in five other locations, including Sonora, Oaxaca, and Chiapas. We have established six church plants and a Bible school to equip the Saints for ministry. Additionally, our donation department is led by my devoted mother, Cecilia Montoya, who has been serving faithfully by my side for 28 years. She is known in the ministry as "Tía," she has been a steadfast supporter of this mission. I can only say that this is God's work—something He has done through me and many others, despite our lack of formal education or training.
My wife Rossy, is another driving force in this ministry. She is strong yet gentle in spirit, a true gift from God to all of us. With Him, all things are possible for those who surrender to His will. This journey has been filled with challenges and trials, but God has upheld us through the guidance of His Holy Spirit.
We truly appreciate your continued prayers and financial support, which allow this ministry to thrive. This is a mission to which I have completely dedicated my whole life, along with my family.
I also want to share a few testimonies from our discipleship ranch, led by Pastor Andrés and his wife Rosa, who have served faithfully for many years. One testimony comes from my son-in-law, Jonas. He has fully embraced God’s grace and is moving forward with conviction alongside his wife Christina, and their two children. Jonas no longer walks in fear of those who once sought to kill him. As he boldly states:
Day of Wedding
"I now belong to my Lord Jesus, and He will take care of me. My life is in His hands, and I no longer have a reason to worry or be afraid. I am willing to face the consequences of my past because I know the harm I have caused. But as I have said, I am in God's hands, and He will determine what happens next. I have found true peace in knowing this truth, and now I love helping others."
Truly Jonas has encountered the transforming power of the Holy Spirit at the ranch, and now he is helping others in their journey of surrendering to God and His perfect will.
Another incredible testimony comes from Arnold, who arrived at the ranch about nine months ago, fleeing from his past in southern Mexico. His life was in danger because of the choices he had made. He fell into addiction and alcohol when he was fifteen, eventually spending five years in prison, which only made things worse. That led him into sexual a lifestyle that did not honor God—one filled with theft, destructive habits, and much more. But like many who come to us seeking refuge, Arnold found Jesus Christ and experienced the life-changing power of the Holy Spirit.
Arnold and Jonas
Arnold is now finishing our discipleship recovery program and has fully committed himself to God. He is already using his talents, with his voice and guitar, serving our Lord at the shelter and church. He is also attending our Bible school and we all see in him the same transformation I saw in Jonas, and I know that God will use him and many others to continue expanding His Kingdom for His glory.
