Easter play in Tijuana

Greetings to all our friends and family.

I hope you all had a fantastic Easter, as we all celebrated the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! I always love to say, I live because He lives! Amen!

Updates from Our expansion project in Chiapas. It is moving along nicely, the building is rented, and permits are being processed. The owner is hard at work refurbishing all the bathrooms and rebuilding the stairway!

Virginio

In addition, we’re planning to send one of our staff named Virginio to help Magdiel in Chiapas. Virginio will be leaving next month after finishing his seminary classes.

We’re also thrilled to announce that three of our ministry members will be serving in Sonora this summer. Jonathan and Salvador, both in seminary and from our House of Grace, have stepped forward to serve, and we’re so proud of their commitment. Carlos Sanchez, whose life has been transformed by God, will be joining them too. We’re confident that God will continue to do amazing things through their service.

Agape 1928

We are also excited to invite you to our 3rd. Gala on October 3, 2025, in San Clemente, Agape 1928, conveniently located between San Diego and Los Angeles. The address is 1531 N. El Camino Real, San Clemente. Save the date! Sponsorship opportunities are now available. If you or someone you know is interested in sponsoring the event, please reach out. We’re always looking for new donors, volunteers, and supporters to help us with the work we’re doing in Mexico. And even if you can’t contribute financially, your prayers mean the world to us.

A short testimony of a women who lived at the dump for years. Her name is Carmen and through her testimony, we can see how God has been transforming her life. For many years, she was lost in drugs, neglecting her children, and constantly fighting with her partner. One of the most painful moments for her was finding out that her father had passed away. That’s when she realized she had already lost many of the things she loved, and she didn’t know how to heal that pain.

Carmen

It was then that she came to Pastor Julián to ask for help, and little by little, he began to guide her so she could start drawing closer to God. Along the way, she began to recognize her mistakes and understood that the way she had been living wasn’t right before God.

As God began working in her heart, her life started to change—she doesn’t use drugs nor fight anymore, she doesn’t scream or cause scenes. She describes it as God putting her life in order.

Today, she has restored her relationship with her children and her family, and she is able to share the gospel with them. She’s so thankful to God, because she knows that without Him, none of this would have been possible. She made the decision to get baptized and continues to gather with the church in La Esperanza, and once again, we can clearly see how God keeps transforming lives.

Thank you all for your prayers and support and for being part of this wonderful family. Thank you for allowing yourselves to be instruments in God’s hands.

In His Love and Truth, Carlos and Rossy and the rest of La Roca team.
